I weighed in today and went to my WW meeting since they'll be closed tomorrow.
I lost 4 lbs. I finally hit my next 5 lb loss. It's taken me since September. All this up and down and lack of dedication has led to a slow down. But I'm proud that I'm sticking to this and that I've kept the weight off and am continuing to make progress.
45 POUNDS DOWN, 27 POUNDS TO GO!

this doesnt have anything to do with bayer BUT in the late 80's early 90's some lady tried to kill her husband by poisoning excedrin blah blah long story short thats why all asprins have the seal on them now.. i doubt that helps haha
Like a man who's stupid enough to be poisoned would even notice the seal. LOL!
Yeah, years ago they had a scare where a bunch of bottles of Tylenol were tampered with and killed people. It was in the news and all. I remember it too. I was maybe 11 or so when it happened.
I could certainly think of more extravagant and exciting ways to kill my husband.
Like stabbing him, for example.
