Leonardo pulled up into a sitting position for the first time today. Not a big deal to anyone but me I'm sure. To me though, these are signs of things to come. He's been a shit face all day because he's teething. 75% of me feels so horrible for him because I know my baby is in pain. The other 25% wants to put some duct tape over his mouth. LOL! Just kidding!
So I finished my stenciling project. I had to make 19 shirts for a fundraiser I'm doing on Saturday. They turned out pretty well. Only a few of them looked a little botched because the paint bled. Erin and Dan offered to take one for the team and wear those ones. :) I'm not sure why I offered to do them in the first place. It started out as only 4 shirts and then that turned into 19 of them. Sarah taught me how to do them. I'm glad she did, it was something neat to know how to do. Now that it's all said and done I'm glad I didn't make her do them for me. I would have felt really sorry for her. It was a lot of work. Just glad it's over with.
Another thing I'll be happy will be ending is vegetable season. We grew everything in our garden: cucumbers, tomatoes, green bell peppers, jalapenos, habeneros, chili peppers, cilantro, banana peppers, raspberries and strawberries. In spite of the poor crop season in Ohio, we grew quite a lot. I had vegetables out the wazoo. I spent days chopping peppers, removing the seeds and freezing them. Then more days blanching tomatoes, peeling them, removing the seeds and freezing those. I swear we are not planting that much next year. I can only take so much of it.

let me tell you i have had carpet in a kitchen with my ex bf and I HATED IT!! i love that scott and i's house has a wood floor (pretty sure the kind dans putting in) i love it! so easy to clean. seriously how cute is leo in that pic?! i wish i had the patience to make shirts and stuff like you do. i would get frustrated and stop.
It wasn't that hard really. Or I wouldn't have done it in the first place. The part that made it hard was being forced past the "trial and error" phase, and having to repeat the same steps 19 times.
Just so you know, your link to nikki's blog is still wrong. lol. Yeah, those shirts didn't turn out bad at all. If you were sweet like me, you wouldn't even have had an 'error' part! lol. All I had was trial and perfection! haha. j/k.
That's cause you're so sweet Sarah. My dream is to one day be just like you. LOL! I'm dying my hair tomorrow. :) Thanks for teaching me to do the shirts. This is going to be an enjoyable hobby for me.

You are dying your hair? That is something I never thought i'd hear from you! lol. That white paint covered up the black really good. Much better than I thought it would.
No, I'm not dying my hair. I should have worded that differently. I was teasing and saying that since I want to be just like you I was going to go die my hair blonde. LOL! Yeah, I won't be dying my hair till it starts turning grey.
I think the shirts turned out really good! We can all ware them again next yr. If you get really good though I bet you will want to make us all new ones, lol. :) Oh and I want a Chris Daughtry shirt really really bad!(Hint, Hint!) LOL!
